The Last T34

This is the final Warlord T34/76... this one is the later version turret plus it has a flame thrower in lieu of a hull mounted MG.

One crew figure has been added (obviously!), I may put a second in the other turret hatch.

Some extra stowage has also been placed on various parts of the vehicle  to enhance the overall look.

On the painting table now are the KV and IS II.

Hope you like the look of the vehicle...let me know by leaving a comment! 😀

  1. Another cracking addition to your project Keith, you are doing a really good job on these tanks, they all look cracking, like the weathered effects, work well.

  2. Great work Keith and nice to have the option of the flamethrower when fighting in a BUA or against dug-in troops:). The Mickey Mouse turret is always a nice version IMHO.

    1. Thanks Steve, the flame thrower adds a bit of variety and as you say, will hopefully be useful on the battlefield too!

  4. After seeing all these very nice Soviet tanks (Group shot please!?), I realise I might need to get 2-3 for my own collection. I have some of the later 34/85's but one is kind of stuck only being able to field them for late war encounters.
(I also need to finish up my own KV-1...)

    1. Thanks Dai...a. group shot you say....hmmmm! Yes, I had only late war to start with, which did not work well for solo games, as my Wehrmacht are all Blitzkrieg era!

    1. Thanks Peter, I have found very watered down black and orange paint has worked well for oil and rust stains on these!
