Regular readers must have guessed by now that when I got a reinforcement of 3d printed figures for the Red Army, some of them would be of the female persuasion!
This is an SMG squad with LMG support
For some reason (sexism/gallantry??) the LMG number two carrying extra ammo is male!
Some nice figures and really easy to paint
The paint desk has been back to pre Christmas productivity, so more figures will be appearing soon.
Great additions there Keith and no surprise that you had added another bunch of 'femma fatales' to your Soviet troops:)!

ReplyDeleteNah - it might seem like that Ben but more likely 80/20 male - I do have 2 lots of 40 each - Wargames Factory and Warlord Winter infantry - plus 20-30 3d men - probably have 40 women tops..

Thanks James...I like a few flowers on my bases to brighten things up! I would guess 150+ infantry and support weapons...maybe I will do a count.....

Thanks James - I remember seeing them at a wargaming "show" in Auckland 15 years ago or so - they must have been a "shiny new thing" at the time cos I had never seen them before - I started putting them on my own bases maybe 5 or 6 years ago - I don't always do it but I think they look good!
