Quick and Dirty "Cheat" Post

This is really just for Ray at "Don't Throw a 1" blog - a few more size comparison shots of the Battle Honours 3D printed Napoleonic vivandieres!

No new painting and very little effort involved for me - hopefully the images are of use to Ray, and maybe a couple of others?!

I realised after saying I would post them with Perry figures - I don't have any Perry French Napoleonic infantry! So, the first image is with some venerable Wargames Foundry figures

This time, the infantry are by Dixon

These are Front Rank

These Brits are actually Perry plastic figures

And the last image has them next to Old Glory Secomd Edition British infantry

And that's it - as I said - short and sweet!

  1. Foundry and Dixon (surprisingly for me) seem the closest if one were to thicken the other bases by 1mm and then use foot to eye as a guide. Even so, the slimness and proportionality of the 3D prints shows how chunky (not Perry) much of our stuff is.

  2. I use those ladies with my North Star Potemkin figures and they fit in fine by the way.

  3. They go well in my opinion with the Perry and OG ones size wise but with thicker bases would work well enough with the others, short but interesting post.
