28mm Warlord Waterloo British Colonel
Only the one figure tonight - this mounted officer by Warlord. He is one of a pair of mounted Colonels wearing the Belgic shako of the latter Napoleonic period. A very nice sculpt and I think he has turned out well.
Turned out nice,always need command!

Thank you Iain - yes, my armies can sometimes be a bit deficient in the Higher Command area - at one point I was considering incorporating this mounted officer into a battalion - I have done this previously - but in the end, I left him in perfect isolation!
DeleteNice one...
ReplyDeleteHe looks rather posh...
All the best. Aly
Thanks Aly - posh would be appropriate for an officer in this era for sure, particularly one in a "Royal" regiment (blue facings dontcha know)?!
DeleteHe looks so elegant...great job!
ReplyDeleteThank you Phil - "elegant" is a very nice description of this figure!
ReplyDeleteExcellent brushwork! The colonel looks a dandy and the grey is superb.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comments Jonathan
