The Rest of the Berlin MC Club Inc!

Which is my weak attempt at a humourous title for a post of the rest of my 3D printed motorcycle troops!

Without further ado - hier sind sie.

The single rider - note level of detail achievable at the end of the fold out shoulder rest extension to his MP40

Two up on a side car combination

And three up with a pillion passenger on a combination.

Although the guy in the sidecar is the same on both combos, the rider is slightly different - a nice touch!

Bloody hell - Blogger has changed how to uploads photos AGAIN - tonight, it has reverted to the "new" process noted a few days back - WTF is going on at Silicon Valley - are they on the piss or what?

Just to prove its not me who is a bit doolally, here is the image of tonights photo upload process....

And this is what it does as the photo loads - quite different from when I uploaded the exciting images of my gardening exploits 36 hours ago!

Not that this change really affects me much - it is still pretty intuitive as to what you have to do - and it still works - so I don't really care which process they use!

Right that's all for this evening - old man rant over - and if you liked the pics, feel free to leave lots of comments telling me how great they are!

  1. Nice Mc troops. Calm down on the upload process. Progress is two forward one back at the best.

    1. Thanks Joe...and you are right about Blogger! As I said, as long as it still works, how it works does not worry me

  2. Nice M/C recon troops- you just need a Steve McQueen on a bike that they can chase!

    1. True...I can cut a head off a helmet less figure and stick it on one of the solo guys.. and give him short blond hair and a wry smile!!

  3. Great looking motorcycle club, Keith. Not sure I could survive initiation. On photo insertion, just gave it a try and I am still using the "old" process on my laptop.

  4. Thanks for the heads up on blogger photos (lost track of how many "improvements" have been done since I started blogging--we'll leave out whether they "improved" much from the user/viewer standpoint). Love the motorcycle troops: an overlooked force, I think.

    1. Thanks Ed, that comment probably applies to numerous tech / IT " improvements " over the years....don't get me started on the search function in Outlook!
Perhaps there is a reason motorcycle borne infantry are not often seen on the table...could be they are almost as vulnerable as cavalry would be v mgs etc....I guess I will find out!

  7. Great looking blitzkreig motorcycle troops, photo uploading has been like that for about a week for me, obviously I preferred how it used to work but it still does the job, sorry couldn't be bothered to comment on your gardening post!

  12. New blogger process is causing me a problem on the Mac, it keeps insisting that I log in again to Google to access the photographs, then Google send me an e-mail to say that someone has logged in on my account. I'm sure it will settle down eventually.

    1. They are indeed Ben...reminds me of a t shirt I had in my late teens...Adlf Hitlers European Tour...with a list of countries and dates on the back...the last one being "Russia 1941 - Cancelled" 😀

  14. More fine Berlin MC Club chaps on their European tour! Famous last words Blogger is still uploading as before, but Google did sign me out of my account for some reason, but no on my phone, even though I had synced the devices. Oh the joys of technology!

    1. Cheers Steve - I think we are a similar age although you may be a year or two behind me! "The joys of technology" has to be an oxymoron?! Or is it just the morons using the technology that are the issue ...? LOL

    1. I have not discussed how they will be classified in the rules JBM - but if we use Andrews ideas, they might be treated as an unarmoured vehicle - which is knocked out on a 9 or better!!

  16. More nice toys…Keith.
I’ve always thought of them as the equivalent of dragoons… get in fast.
    Get out faster….
They could be a lot of fun in small scale skirmishes.

    All the best. Aly

    1. I am hoping them might act like late 19th century cav (eg ACW or Boer War) Aly - advance quickly to a significant feature like a wood or hill, then become standard infantry until reinforcements arrive.....
